The rolling machine must be managed by a special person. The operator must be familiar with the structural performance and usage of the bending machine, and only after the management personnel agree.
Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the safety device is in good condition. When operating, it is strictly forbidden to place the hands and feet on the roller and the transmission parts and the workpiece.
After the work is interrupted, the clutch should be hit to the neutral position, and multiple people must work with a special person.
Overloading is strictly prohibited. The tilting reset of the upper roller's lifting and turning bearing and the balance of the upper roller shall be performed after the main drive is stopped.
It is forbidden to pile up workpieces and sundries in the work site, so that the machine and the site are kept clean at all times. When the operation is completed, the power supply should be cut off and the power box should be locked.
